Control the formula version
The approved formula or product specification identifies ingredients, relevant percentages or sensory target, particle size, restrictions and the version used for the sample and production lot.
Control incoming spices
Raw-material identity, condition and required documents are reviewed before grinding and blending. Lvkang’s regional growing-base resources support key spice sourcing, but each ingredient remains subject to the project specification.
Control blending and packing
Production instructions should cover weighing, sequence, mixing, foreign-material controls, packaging, label/version and lot coding appropriate to the product.
Build a relevant analytical plan
Depending on formula, food use and destination, requirements may include moisture, microbiology, pesticide residues, heavy metals, mycotoxins, sulfur dioxide, treatment status or buyer-specific tests. No single generic list replaces the contracted plan.
